Green Gems Needed

Mining for gems is an early and easy way to gain Star Coins in Disney Dreamlight Valley. You also see mining tasks as part of the Dreamlight Duties in Dreamlight Valley or Mist Duties on Eternity Isle. There are occasions when you will need to mine for specific-colored gems as well. Case in point, the Dapper Delights Star Path and Lovely Monsters Star Path both have you looking for green ones.

Where to find Green Gems

Whether you are looking for a specific green gem or any green one, knowing where to find them saves a lot of time and energy.

Dapper Delights Star Path Duty #62: Find green gems with your pickaxe, is fairly straightforward. You need to mine 10 green gems. Lovely Monsters Star Path Duty #42: Go digging for green treasures, is a little more cryptic, as it is actually referring to mining, not digging.

To complete these Star Path Duties, any green gem will work. There are 3 different green gems that qualify. Even better, both shiny and regular gems work!

Here is the list of Green Gems and where to find each.

Emeralds

  • Forest of Valor (Dreamlight Valley)
  • Glade of Trust (Dreamlight Valley)

Peridot

  • Peaceful Meadow (Dreamlight Valley).
  • Dazzle Beach (Dreamlight Valley)
  • The Grasslands in Wild Tangle (Eternity Isle)
  • The Promenade in Wild Tangle (Eternity Isle)

Jade

  • The Courtyard in Ancient’s Landing (Eternity Isle)
  • The Overlook in Ancient’s Landing (Eternity Isle)

The Path to Eternity Isle’s Wild Tangle

Some of the Green Gems are found on Eternity Isle. The area known as Ancient’s Landing is partially available upon arrival on the island, although access to The Overlook portion takes 6000 Mist.

No Mist is required to reach The Courtyard in Ancient’s Landing; however, you do need to progress through Jafar’s Quest, The Secrets of Eternity Isle, to open the path. Once you reach The Courtyard, to get to Eternity Isle’s Wild Tangle requires a few more quests to be completed.

The Grasslands are open to you as soon as you enter the Wild Tangle. The Promenade, though, will cost another 6000 Mist.

Here is a quick reference of Quests needed to reach the Wild Tangle. It’s a beautiful area and well worth the effort!

Enjoy Eternity Isle!
