Mike is looking to bring some monstrously good taste to Dreamlight Valley, starting with his own brand of cologne. This is a very unique type of cologne. The main ingredient is… Rotting fish.

O-kay, not your first choice of scents for cologne, but you’ll play along. Best talk to Remy and see if he has anything on hand that might work.

Remy provides a spoiled carp for Mike’s cologne. Yet, according to Mike, it needs to mature a little more.

Bury the spoiled carp anywhere you like on Dazzle Beach. It needs 15 minutes before it’s ripe enough to meet Mike’s specifications.

Quest Task: Plant the Spoiled Carp somewhere on Dazzle Beach.

Quest Task: Let the scent of the Spoiled Carp mature – wait 15 minutes and then pick it up.

With 15 minutes up, it’s time to hold your breath and grab the rotten carp. This is one delivery you can’t wait to complete.

The fish is spoiled to perfection, according to Mike.

Now you just need to make the cologne. Head to your favorite crafting station and start creating.

Mike has such faith in his product, that he’s sure Scrooge McDuck will want to stock it in his store.

Unfortunately, the cologne didn’t get the reception that Mike expected. Although, the reception it did get, didn’t surprise you all that much!

Still, Scrooge has an open mind. If you can find customers for the cologne, he’ll consider adding it too his inventory. He does have one more requirement, however. It must be very, very tightly sealed!

Scar is one of the Villagers Scrooge suggests you include in your customer sampling. There is no doubt that Scar will tell you exactly what he thinks of the product.

Calculating that the best way to approach Scar is to simply hit him with it, you track him down. After the briefest of explanation, you give him a spritz.

Let’s just say, it didn’t meet with his approval and leave it at that.

Vanellope is always a good sport. She didn’t even want an explanation of what you had.

One spritz later, she has to agree that the smell is…bad. Her exact words were “Ralph’s-old-house-in-the garbage bad!”

Nonetheless, in true Vanellope fashion, she makes the best of the bad smell and heads off to find some good places to stink up!

While Mike isn’t thrilled with the feedback he is receiving on his Cologne, that doesn’t stop him from forging ahead with his next idea.

He wants to elevate the street food offering on Dreamlight Valley to haute cuisine by introducing a new dish.

His dish requires wheat, milk, clams and a very special Royal ingredient…A Hairball from Scar.

Quest Task: Visit Scar’s Cave.

After retrieving the Royal Hairball from Scar’s Cave, check your inventory for the rest of the ingredients. Most likely, you’ll find everything you need in your storage chests.

If not,

• Buy milk at the kitchen counter in Chez Remy
• Clams are found lying on the ground on Dazzle Beach
• Buy wheat or wheat seeds at Goofy’s Peaceful Meadow Stall. They grow in 1 minute.

Quest Task: Collect the Ingredients for Mike’s recipe.

Quest Task: Cook a “tasty” monstrous treat using the Ingredients Mike suggested.

Remy is just the rat you need to critique Mike’s Gourmet Rot Dog. After tasting a small sample, he determines it…tastes like garbage. Mike is going to love it!

Mike is extremely pleased with how the Gourmet Rot Dog turned out. And in just a few minutes, Sulley is at his side. He smelled the “delicious” dish from across the Valley and had to come to check it out.

Mike and Sulley reminisce about the last time they enjoyed this dish.

To each his own! Remy is definitely right. Monsters must have a very different palate!
