No matter how often you tell him, Gaston still views you as his sidekick, temporary perhaps, but his sidekick nonetheless.

Gaston views himself as the best Hero there is, so he needs the best of everything. Thus, he believes that if you follow his own regiment of food and exercise, you will become an even better sidekick!

You are about to have The Gastonian Experience!

Before you can really begin the Gastonian Experience, you need different clothes. According to Gaston, you need to wear something that makes you looks a little more like…well, like him!

Quest Task (Optional): Order a Red Polo Shirt, Black Pants and Brown Lace-Up Boots from Scrooge McDuck

Quest Task: Mimic Gaston’s style with the following clothing:

• Red Top
• Black Pants
• Brown Shoes
• Any Gloves

After you pass the wardrobe inspection, Gaston introduces you to his diet.

Gaston eats Raw eggs and Dangerous animals, also raw. Although, he’ll give you the option of having a Workout Shake instead.

Regardless of what you eat, Gaston wants you to gather the eggs and Piranha for him. He needs a good Gastonian breakfast!

Head to your favorite cooking station and make yourself a Workout Shake, which is simply a Shake.

You’ll also need 1 piece of coal for each meal you make.

Delivery Gaston’s breakfast and drink your shakes. You’re now ready for the next part of the Gastonian Experience.

In order to have a proper Gaston-style workout, you need a place to work out. Since no gyms exist on Eternity Isle, you will have to build one.

Gaston provides a list of materials, and you head off to gather them. Since Gaston wants coconuts, a trip to Dreamlight Valley may be in order. Unless you have stashed some in an inventory chest in your house, that is.

Quest Task: Return to Gaston.

• Coconut – 20
• Brass Ingot – 2
• Tropical Wood – 30
• Stone – 30
• Fiber – 20

With all the materials in your inventory, head to a crafting station and get to work. You’ll find Gaston’s Coconut Gym crafting recipe under the Furniture menu.

You also need a mirror for the gym. Gaston wants a fairly large one. Scrooge McDuck is sure to have one in stock. It’s time to head to his store and do a little shopping.

Quest Task: Get everything for the gym.

• Order a Queen of the Sea Mirror from Scrooge McDuck

Pro Tip: Even if you have Queen of the Sea Mirror’s in your inventory, you still need to order one from Scrooge to advance this quest.

All that’s left to do is set up the Workout Space. Gaston wants to work out near the docks at the entrance of Ancient’s Landing.

A strange place to set up, in my opinion, but I suppose that location provides a better chance to be seen. Anyway, moving on…

Gaston wants you to invite Maui to join the workout.

Unfortunately for Gaston, Maui isn’t interested. Maui doesn’t need to work out for his muscles, he’s a demigod. They come naturally.

However, when you mention that there are coconuts involved in the workout, Maui decides it might be interesting to at least stop by.

Quest Task: Invite Maui to train with you and Gaston.

Gaston is extremely disappointed when Maui doesn’t share his enthusiasm for working out. But he still has you to train, so it’s time to get started.

Gaston takes you through his workout routine and when you’re done, he wants pictures! Look at all those muscles you’ve gained, but more importantly he’s gained, from the Gastonian Experience.
