Ursula is looking for a new home. Her requirements are simple…a beachside property, elaborate but dark.

Her guests should be just a little nervous coming to her lair. According to Ursula, this keeps them on their toes.

Find a good spot for Ursula’s home and stake out the spot. Scrooge Contruction is happy to take over construction. Lair, sweet lair! Building Ursula’s Lair on this prime waterfront real estate will cost you 8000 Star Coins.

Still, Ursula was trapped in the Cursed Cave for a long time, so it’s the least you can do for her.

Quest Task: Place Ursula’s House in the Water.

Ursula is quite pleased with the home you and Scrooge made for her.

She’s ready to settle in, but she needs some supplies to make it really feel like home, starting with paper. You never know when you’ll need to write up a contract, after all!

There are three Villagers that have paper you can “borrow” for Ursula.

Head to Mickey, Merlin, and Goofy’s homes and gather it up.

Quest Task: Gather Paper for Ursula from the Villager’s Houses – 3.

ProTip: Head to Mickey’s House first. An early glitch, likely fixed now, prevented some players from being able to get the paper there, when they saved Mickey’s house for last. Might as well not take the chance.

Hand the paper to Ursula. She’s very pleased, as you might have guessed.

Now she just needs you to craft a Magical Scroll and Ink Kit for her and she’ll be all set. You’ll need to get a few items from around the Valley to make it, but Ursula has full confidence in you.

You may already have some of the materials you need to craft the Magical Scroll and Ink Kit in your storage chests, but in case you’re short anything, here is where to find it.

Dream Shards – Dig up cracked earth spots (appears randomly)

Purple Pigment – Crafted from Purple Falling Penstemon and Purple Rising Penstemon

• Purple Falling Penstemon – Grows wild in the Plaza
• Purple Rising Penstemon – Grows wild in the Peaceful Meadow

Empty Vial – Crafted from Glass, which is in turn crafted from Sand and Coal Ore

• Sand – Break Sand Rocks or dig up sand (Dazzle Beach)
• Coal Ore – Mine Spots all over Dreamlight Valley (appears randomly) or buy at Kristoff’s Stall for 5 Star Coins

Once you have all the materials you need, craft the Magical Scroll and Ink Kit at your crafting station. The crafting recipe is found under Functional Items.

Quest Task: Gather the following items to craft the Magical Scroll and Ink Kit.

• Dream Shard – 6
• Craft Purple Pigment – 2
• Craft Empty Vial – 1

Take the completed Magical Scroll and Ink Kit to Ursula.

Ursula’s so pleased, she gives you a gift of some rare fish.
