Olaf Feels a Little…Off.

Olaf is glad to be back in the valley but feels like something isn’t quite right. He’s concerned about how unhappy some of the residents are. Disney Dreamlight Valley should be a place for joy, not sadness. More specifically, Scar and Mother Gothel have caught his attention. After some entertaining yet unsuccessful attempts at making them feel better, you suggest trying to give them some gifts.

Olaf comes up with a very nice list of flowers…and Salmon. More on that later.
You agree to help him.

Gathering & Giving Gifts

Quest Task: Gather some gifts for the villagers:

If you haven’t collected the gifts already, gather them from around the Village or from your resource chests and put them in your active inventory:

  • 3 Salmon
  • 4 Red Bromeliad
  • 4 White Passion Lily
  • 1 Blue Passion Lily

Watch Olaf give the gift to Mother Gothel.

With a sinking heart, you see that this interchange didn’t go as planned. Olaf is not happy at the moment, but he wants to try again with Scar. Looking out for Olaf’s life expectancy, you offer to take the gifts to Scar instead.

Bring the flowers to Scar on Olaf’s behalf.

Locate and talk to Scar.

During the dialog, you learn that he is less than impressed with the gift of flowers, which is really not a surprise.

ProTip: I chose the third dialog option for a humorous result.
