The Reason Behind the Training Games
Mulan and Mother Gothel are having a debate over the importance of teamwork in achieving success. Mulan truly believes teamwork makes the difference, while Mother Gothel is convinced that all she needs to succeed is herself.
To prove her point, Mulan has challenged Mother Gothel to a bit of fun competition. They are about to play a capture the flag training game, Mulan and her team against Mother Gothel alone. You have just been recruited for Mulan’s team.
This is going to be fun.

Training Game Preparations
Mulan asks you to let Mother Gothel know that you’ve joined her team.
Mother Gothel is a bit surprised and thoughtful when she finds out. She even pays you a compliment, of sorts, stating that you are her only real competition in the Training Games.
In any case, Mother Gothel decides this is going to get her out of some work. Since you’re a last-minute recruit, she hands over the task of making mini flags for the competition to you.
Quest Task: Talk to Mother Gothel.

Crafting Mini Flags
Since you are a crafting wiz, you have no problems making the Mini Flags.
Gather the ingredients and head to your favorite crafting station.
- Blue Star Lily – from Forest of Valor
- Red Bromeliad – from Sunlit Plateau
- Dry Wood – from Sunlit Plateau or Forgotten Lands.
- Fabric – appears randomly at Kristoff’s Stall for 220 Star Coins, but it is likely simpler to make it at the crafting station.
Once you have all the materials, craft the Mini Flags for the Training Games. You’ll find the crafting recipe in the Functional Items menu at your crafting station.
Quest Task: Gather materials for the Mini Flags.

Mini Flag Delivery
Take the Mini Flags to the Fairy Godmother. She is the arbiter for the Training Games and will hid the flags and provide the clues.
Quest Task: Make sure you have the Mini Flags in your Inventory.

Teamwork
Head back to Mulan and start helping your teammates find their Mini Flags.
Quest Task: Return to Mulan to begin the capture the flag game.

Pro Tip: Three sub-quests will trigger when you talk to Mulan. They are Training Games: The Shapeshifter, Training Games: The Lioness, and Training Games: The Space Ranger. Complete all three to continue this quest.

Gather in the Mystical Cave
The team has found all of their flags!
Join Mulan and head to the Mystical Cave. The Fairy Godmother is waiting there to declare the winner.
Quest Task: Return to Mulan.
Quest Task: Meet Mulan in the Mystical Cave on Dazzle Beach.

The Race is On
When you arrive at the Mystical Cave, your other teammates are waiting for you. The whole group heads quickly to the bottom of the cave. Mother Gothel is not visible. This is a very good sign for Team Mulan!
Quest Task: Talk to Mulan.
