Woody might just have figured out the problem with the illumination of the Carousel. It’s somehow related to the Toy Chest! The lights and music started up for a short time when Woody touched it.

This is a great clue. Take a closer look at the Toy Chest to see what you can learn.

Quest Task: Examine the toy chest in the Carousel.

Interact with the Toy Chest. The Diary Page that pops out when you do, holds the answers you need.

The Toy Chest was enchanted by Merlin. When it’s filled with the Villagers childhood memorabilia, the Toy Chest powers the illumination of the Carousel!

Quest Task: Pick up the Old Ruler’s Last Diary Page in the Carousel.

Quest Task: Talk to Woody.

It seems that the Toy Chest only requires a few more pieces of memorabilia before it has enough power to light up the Carousel.

Check with several of the Villagers to collect what you need.

Quest Task: Get a childhood item from:

• Ariel
• Kristoff

Quest Task: Make sure you have the items from the Villagers in your Inventory.

• Tiny Troll Figure
• Conch
• Music Box

While you were gathering the memorabilia needed for the illumination of the Carousel, Woody came up with a great idea.

He wants to create a blanket fort and have a slumber party with you and Buzz. You can take a picture of the fun. That way, you can add a special memory from your adventures together to the Toy Chest as well.

Gather the materials needed to make the Blanket Fort. Much of it will likely already be in your storage chests. However, if anything is missing, here is where to find it.

Softwood

Quest Task: Bring the items from the Villagers to Woody.

Quest Task: Gather the materials for the Blanket Fort.

Once you have all the materials, go to your crafting station once again. You will find the Blanket Fort crafting recipe under Furniture.

Quest Task: Craft the Blanket Fort.

Get comfortable and place the Blanket Fort in the spot of your choosing in Dreamlight Valley. As soon as you do, Woody and Buzz will join you.

Grab your Royal Camera and snap away. Your pictures will make a very nice addition to the Toy Box memorabilia.

Quest Task: Have the perfect slumber party with Woody.

Quest Task: Take a picture with Buzz and Woody.

Meet at the Carousel so that Woody can place the Memorabilia in the Toy Chest. Then, stand back.

It worked!! The Carousel lights turn on and the horses start to move to the Carousel’s music. Woody’s Carousel is once again ready to make Villagers smile.
