Pro Tip: Use Miracle Shovel Varnish or Even More Miraculous Shovel Varnish to dig up more items with each shovel stroke. It won’t, however, guarantee you’ll dig up what you want, but it will increase the chances. Hanging out with a Villager that has the digging role will increase the chances and the amount you dig up, even more.

Take the Three Wildly Jubilant Topiaries to Cheshire Cat, who has you set them down anywhere in the Valley.

Quest Task: Bring the Three Wildly Jubilant Topiaries to Cheshire Cat.

Quest Task: Place the Three Wildly Jubilant Topiaries anywhere in the Valley – 3.

But there is more to it. Cheshire Cat wants you to disassemble the Three Wildly Jubilant Topiaries. To do that, you simply need to break them with your Royal Pickaxe.

Hmm, I can see how this could lead to the uncrafting station that everyone is talking about. But, I’m getting ahead of myself. Back to the quest.

Quest Task: Use your Pickaxe to break the Three Wildly Jubilant Topiaries you just placed – 3.

Quest Task: Return to Cheshire Cat.

What fun! If you like destroying things that is. Cheshire Cat gives you three (3) Balloon Arches and wants you to use your Pickaxe on them as well.

The Balloon Arches break down into blue flowers and iron ingots. Nice!

Quest Task: Place the Balloon Arches anywhere in the Valley – 3.

Quest Task: Break the Balloon Arches with your Pickaxe – 3.

Have you ever accidentally made too many of something? Or perhaps, you had a use for something in the past, but now it’s just collecting dust in your storage room? Cheshire Cat’s idea of unmaking things might just come in very handy.

But, using your Royal Pickaxe randomly on items doesn’t seem right.

So, the idea of building The Uncrafting Station is born!!

Quest Task: Return to Cheshire Cat.

Quest Task: Go into the forest in the Alice in Wonderland Realm.

You are going to need some unique materials if you want to make an Uncrafting Station. Cheshire Cat sends you back into the Wonderland Realm to see if you can find something there.

Collect the Blue Spores from the Large Blue Mushroom that grows in the clearing with the waterfall.

Then, circle around the Wonderland Forest. More Large Blue Mushrooms have started to grow in several of the areas, leaving lots of Blue Spores on the ground for you to collect.

Quest Task: Search the forest in the Realm for the Blue Spores – 20.

Quest Task: Talk to Cheshire Cat.

Pro Tip: You may need to circle the Wonderland Forest more than once to find all the Blue Spores. We found new Large Blue Mushrooms growing in some of the clearings we’d already been through on our second pass.

Return to Dreamlight Valley to collect the remaining materials needed for the Uncrafting Station.

Once you have everything you need in your storage chests or backpack Inventory, head to a crafting station. The Uncrafting Station crafting recipe is found under Functional Items.

Quest Task: Craft the Uncrafting Station.

Quest Task: Place the Uncrafting Station in the Valley.

Setup the Uncrafting Station by placing it anywhere in the Valley. The first time you use it a tutorial will pop up, walking you through the process.

Pick any item from the Uncrafting Station menu to uncraft it. Depending on the item you choose and the number you want to uncraft, the time required to complete the job and the amount of Dreamlight it costs to do it, will change.

Note: You can uncraft up to three different items at one time.

Quest Task: Use the Uncrafting Station to uncraft any piece of furniture and wait to collect it.

Head back to Cheshire Cat and report your success! Cheshire Cat can be a trial, but he is also bringing some interesting and valuable items to the Valley.
