Pro Tip: Use Miracle Pickaxe Polish or Even More Miraculous Pickaxe Polish to mine more gems. If Scrooge has the mining role, he will throw out extra gems for you at every mining spot as well.

There are 6 rectangular gems that qualify for this part of the scavenger hunt. Onyx, while also rectangular, does not count for this quest.

Here is the list of gems and their locations.

Ruby: Vitalys Mines in the Sunlit Plateau in Dreamlight Valley, all of Mythopia except Mount Olympus in Storybook Vale.

Sapphire: Vitalys Mines in the Sunlit Plateau in Dreamlight Valley.

Amethyst: Frosted Heights & Forgotten Lands in Dreamlight Valley.

Emerald: Forest of Valor & Glade of Trust in Dreamlight Valley.

Topaz: Plaza in Dreamlight Valley, The Docks & The Courtyard on Eternity Isle, The Bind in Storybook Vale.

Spinel: The Grove & The Promenade on Eternity Isle.

When you have all the required gems, show them to Scrooge. Shortly after that, he’s off to prepare the next and final phase of his scavenger hunt! Can you guess what the next group of gems will be?
