Only Mickey Mouse, you hope, would have thought to bury recipes to protect them from being Forgotten.

In the previous quest, Mickey’s Memories, Mickey and you find a, yes Memory, that reminds him of the location on one of Remy’s recipes. Following this lead, you dig up the recipe, luckily unharmed from being buried, and are now ready to try it out.

There is only one “minor” problem. Okay maybe two. You don’t have any ingredients for the recipe, and you don’t have a place to cook it. Details, details.

Quest Task: Talk to Mickey at his garden.

Mickey went to check out the state of the garden he shared with Minnie. The garden is located on the west side of the Dreamlight Valley Plaza. When you arrive at the spot, you find Mickey a little down. Not much remains of the garden Minnie loved.

The recipe you dug up was for fruit salad. Sounds good, but Mickey wanted to also have you make crackers, a favorite of Minnie’s, whom he misses a lot. Ah, young love! Or maybe not so young, as Mickey and Minnie are around a century old.

The crackers recipe calls for Wheat, but there is no wheat to be found. You can fix that! That is, you can with the help of the wheat seeds Mickey provides.

Quest Task: Use the book in your Backpack to learn the Crackers recipe – 1.

Quest Task: Dig a hole and plant some Wheat – 3.

With your handy, dandy, Royal Shovel, you make quick work of digging a few holes in Mickey’s garden for some plants. Luckily, Mickey saved a few wheat seeds, so in the ground they go. Just a little water from the Royal Watering Can to help them grow and Ta-da! You’ve become a gardener.

Quest Task: Well done! Talk to Mickey.

While you wait for the wheat to grow, you turn your attention to finding the ingredients for the fruit salad. Any fruit will do for this recipe however, Mickey suggests apples. Apples are easy to find on nearby apple trees. Plus, they’ll replenish fairly quickly, if they were recently picked.

By the time you get back to the garden with the apples tucked safely in your trusty backpack, the wheat is ready to harvest. Good Deal!

You have the wheat, you have the apples. Mickey and you head to your house to prepare the meals. Wait, your house doesn’t come furnished with a stove. Check with Mickey. He might have some ideas.

Mickey just happens to have a spare stove and happily gifts it to you.

You have to wonder how someone so small could carry that stove around with him. And even more so, why he has a spare stove in the first place. He must have upgraded his stove at some point. For a different color, new features, double oven maybe…but I digress.

Quest Task: Cook the following meals using your stove:

• Fruit Salad
• Crackers

Pro Tip: Need more Star Coins? Cooking ingredients into meals and selling the meals at Goofy’s stall almost always gets you more star coins than selling the uncooked ingredients separately.

It’s always good to get someone’s opinion when trying new dishes. Once both dishes are done, take them to Mickey and see what he thinks.
