A Fishy Dispute
Donald is having a debate, ok argument, with Goofy regarding fishing in Disney Dreamlight Valley. More specifically, the fishy dispute is over where to fish for catfish! Donald wants to prove that he’s right and wants some fishing assistant to do that.

Lake vs Ocean
Goofy and Donald are having an argument on where to fish for catfish. Donald professes that catfish are found in the Ocean. Goofy stands by his belief that they are found in the lakes of Dreamlight Valley.
The fastest way to settle the matter is to help Donald do some fishing. That way you can either prove, or more likely disprove, the theory that catfish are found in the ocean!

Fishing Attire
To help you avoid getting completely soaked, you are fishing with Donald after all, Donald provides a pair of fishing waders. And they are just your size!
Outfitted in your new attire, you are ready to start fishing.
Quest Task: Put on the fishing outfit that Donald gave you.
Quest Task: Catch some fish in the ocean – 10.

Ocean Fish
It probably comes as no surprise to you, that you don’t catch any catfish during your entire time fishing in the ocean.
Still, Donald is not ready to give in. He takes you to a very specific spot where he is absolutely sure he saw a catfish.
Might as well do a little more fishing in that spot, just to see what happens!
Quest Task: Talk to Donald about what you’ve caught.
Quest Task: Follow Donald to where he saw the catfish.

A Capsule Not A Catfish
There is something rather unique in the ocean waters at the location Donald takes you, but it turns out not to be a catfish. It’s another Time Capsule!
Quest Task: Catch the catfish.
Quest Task: Make sure you have the Time Capsule in your Inventory.

Inside the Time Capsule
It takes a little work, but you soon have the Time Capsule opened.
As soon as it is, more of Donald’s memory returns. He now remembers working with Merlin and hiding something in the Sunlit Plateau.
Unfortunately, the rest of the memory is still foggy.
Quest Task: Bring what you’ve found to Donald.
Quest Task: Open the Time Capsule to discover what’s inside.

Filling in the Memory
The Time Capsule now has Donald’s full attention. It’s a treasure hunt! He is determined to find any remaining Time Capsules and figure out what he and Merlin were working on!
With that thought in mind, he takes off for the Sunlit Plateau. The fishy dispute with Goofy now taking a back seat to this new adventure.
Quest Task: Talk to Donald about what you’ve uncovered.
Quest Task: Go to the Sunlit Plateau and find the location from the Memory.

Another Time Capsule
Reaching the spot in the Sunlit Plateau indicated in the last time capsule memory, you find something buried. It’s another Time Capsule.
This one, however, is locked very tightly. Nothing you or Donald do can open it, but Donald is going to try a little longer.
In the meantime, he is going to admit defeat regarding his fishy dispute with Goofy. Afterall, this new adventure is so much more interesting!
Quest Task: Investigate the Biome to see if there’s anything buried here.
Quest Task: Bring what you’ve found to Donald.
