Scrooge loves adventure as much as Eric. He is quite a treasure hunter himself, after all.

When Scrooge learns that Eric is planning to head back on the waves, he supplies you with some recent Sea Maps.

The Sea Maps alone won’t be enough, however. Eric is going to need a good compass to help him navigate the waters.

Quest Task: Talk to Scrooge McDuck.

Eric has, or had, a good compass. In fact, it was a gift from you from before The Forgetting.

Unfortunately, ever since his stay with Ursula, the compass is no longer working. Hopefully there is a way to repair it.

WALL-E is great at fixing mechanical things. Take Eric’s compass to him and see what he thinks.

WALL-E gives you a book which lists the materials he needs to fix the compass.

First up, you’ll need to craft a new Dreamlight Magnet. Gather what you need. Here is the list and where to find them.

Crystals – Mine in the Forgotten Lands (random drop)

Iron Ingot

• Crafted from Iron Ore and Coal Ore.
  • Both resources can be found by mining in the Sunlit Plateau, Glade of Trust, Forest of Valor, Frosted Heights and Forgotten Lands.
  • Coal Ore can also be purchased at Kristoff Stall for 5 Star Coins (available daily in unlimited quantities)
• Purchase Iron Ingot at Kristoff’s Stall for 150 Star Coins (appears randomly – max daily qty: 10)

Tinkering Parts – Crafted from Iron Ingot

Quest Task: Gather the materials to craft a new Dreamlight Magnet

• Iron Ingot – 4
• Tinkering Parts – 6
• Crystal – 8

With all the materials gathered, check the Functional Items Menu at your crafting station. You’ll find the Dreamlight Magnet recipe there.

Eric created a blueprint of one of the artifacts he found!
