Eye on The Prize

The Monsters, Inc. Realm of Disney Dreamlight Valley is open, and Mike Wazowski is hard at work on the Laugh Floor. He has his eye on the Prize. He wants to set an All-Time Laugh Record no one can beat before he goes on vacation with Sulley!

Setting a Laugh Record

Sulley is ready for a vacation in Dreamlight Valley, but he won’t go without Mike Wazowski. Mike, however, isn’t willing to leave just yet. Someone might beat his All-Time Laugh Record while he’s gone.

No, before he goes, Mike plans to set a high enough Laugh Record, that no-one will be able to beat it. Still to do so, he’ll need to keep is eye on the prize!

Quest Task: Talk to Mike.

Promotion: Jokester Assistant

You just got a promotion. You’re no longer a simple Monsters, Inc. Intern. You are now a Jokester Assistant!

Your first task in your new role is to get keycards for the doors Mike needs. The keycards are kept in reception. Of course, nothing can be simple. The door to reception is jammed. It takes a little searching, but with the right toolset the door swings open.

Grab the keycards off the counter and head back to Mike. Although, it doesn’t hurt to check out the sticky notes while you’re there.

Quest Task: Search reception for keycards.

Or is he in business?

Getting Background Information

Mike needs you to hand over the files containing the background information on each of the kids behind the doors. You know, the files that were with the keycard. The ones that tell him what type of jokes make the kids laugh.

Actually, you don’t know. There were no files with the keycards.

So, you just have to improvise. You are going to do the fact gathering yourself, starting with the door in Bay Number 2.

Quest Task: Enter the door in bay F2 on the Laugh Floor.

Gassy Jokes

It should be no surprise that Mike knows exactly how to make the owner of the Whoopee Cushion laugh.

With his eye on the prize, Mike asks you to help with some final preparations. Your next task as Jokester Assistant is to get 3 sodas for Mike. However, he needs 3 different types of soda. Lucky for you, all 3 types of soda can be found in the lobby and reception area. It just takes a little “finesse” to get a hold of all of them.

Red Soda – Use a Token from Mike.

Blue Soda – Hit the wall switch and then use a Token from Mike.

Green Soda – Well…you need to use your Royal Pickaxe on the soda machine to get this one.

A House for Monsters

Head back to Dreamlight Valley. Before Sulley and Mike arrive, they are going to need a place to live.

Decide where you want to build Sulley and Mike’s house. The location is completely up to you. Place Mike and Sulley’s house materials, found in your furniture menu, in the spot you chose. This will stake out the spot. Approach and read the Scrooge Construction sign at the entrance to the blocked off area to get the construction started.

Scrooge is happy to build the house for you. It will “just” cost you 20,000 Star Coins.

With your Royal Camera and longer arms, the photo session is finished in no time!
