Memory Mania celebrates the release of Inside Out 2, Disney Dreamlight Valley style!

To complete the Memory Mania Special Event, you need to collect Riley Memorabilia, in the form of Riley’s Hockey Gear, Trophies, and Birthday Cake, from across Dreamlight Valley.

Collecting Memorabilia counts toward Special Event Dreamlight Tasks which are found in the Dreamlight Menu: Dreamlight > Collection.

Complete the Dreamlight Collection Tasks and win special awards!

The clock is ticking! The Memory Mania Event only lasts 20 days.

Timeframe: June 26, 2024, to July 17, 2024.

To get started: Simply pick up a piece of Riley’s Memorabilia!

Riley’s Memorabilia appears daily during the Memory Mania Event.

There are three different types of Riley Memorabilia to collect. They appear, randomly, in several places across Dreamlight Valley.

The Memorabilia items do respawn during the day, usually about 30 minutes after they have been collected. However, they don’t necessarily respawn in the same spots, so check back in all the locations periodically.

Riley’s Memorabilia Locations:

Riley’s Hockey Gear

• Goofy’s House
• Mickey’s House
• Merlin’s House/Library

Birthday Cake

• Moana Realm
• WALL-E Realm
• Ratatouille Realm

Trophies

• Dream Castle
• Scrooge’s Store
• Chez Remy – found only once

When you collect a piece of Memorabilia, a colored orb appears. The orb contains either a piece of a Memory or star coins. The Memory piece will help you fill in the 3 Inside Out 2 related pictures in the Memory section under the Collection menu (Collection > Memory)

Orb Colors:

• Birthday Cake – Pink Orb
• Riley’s Hockey Gear – Yellow Orb
• Trophy – Blue Orb

When a Memory picture is completed, a corresponding Memory Mania Dreamlight Task is also completed, and you can collect your reward.

There are 5 Memory Mania Event Tasks to complete during the Memory Mania Event. They are found under the Dreamlight > Collection menu.

Here is what you need to do to complete each Task.

Collect Memory Orb Puzzle Pieces and complete the pictures:

• Feeling Joyful – Collect 6 Birthday Cake puzzle pieces for Memory 24 of 27
• Feeling Expansive – Collect 6 Hockey Gear puzzle pieces for Memory 25 of 27
• Feeling Nostalgic – Collect 6 Trophy puzzle pieces for Memory 26 of 27

Complete all three for an additional prize:

• Feeling Accomplished – complete the following Event Tasks:

  • Feeling Joyful

  • Feeling Expansive
  • Feeling Nostalgic

Collect LOTS of Memorabilia

• Memorabilia – Collect 200 pieces of memorabilia (any type)

Here are the rewards for completing the various Memory Mania Dreamlight Tasks:

• Feeling Joyful – Ennui Raven (companion)
• Feeling Expansive – Anxiety Squirrel (companion)
• Feeling Nostalgic – Envy Rabbit (companion)
• Feeling Accomplished – Embarrassment Turtle (companion)
• Memorabilia – Lance Slashblade Statue
