The Fairy Godmother confirms that The Forgotten took the Orb of Remembrance from the Forgotten Lands. They hid it in a place called the Dreamscape, along with some lost memories. It sounds like they were memories The Forgotten wanted to, umm, forget.

Where or what is the Dreamscape?

The Fairy Godmother knows the general location. It’s a miracle she found this much, really. It was hidden well.

In any case, her magic alone can’t reveal the entrance. Perhaps, a little help from you, which includes some Purified Night Shards, is the answer to finding a way in!

Didn’t you often wonder why there was an unmovable huge rock in the west side of the Forgotten Lands? The Fairy Godmother leads you right to that spot!

Combine your magic with the Fairy Godmothers to dispel the Forgotten’s illusion.

Illusion? Good job Forgotten. That rock always seemed pretty solid! Anyway…

This miracle takes a little time, but soon, with a few flicks of the Fairy Godmother’s wand, the rock is gone and in its’ place is a Tree House. What a good place to hide things! Time to take a look inside!

Coming from the dark Forgotten Lands, the bright interior of the Dreamscape Tree House is a bit jarring and a nice change of pace.

Quest Task: Talk to the Fairy Godmother in the Dreamscape.

The Orb of Remembrance sits in the middle of the room, with lines in the floor leading to 6 pedestals around the room. The Fairy Godmother asks you to collect the memory orbs that are still sitting on those pedestals.

Memory Orbs, hmm. Brings back faint memories of an old Star Trek episode, but I can’t remember which one. I may have just dated myself there, oops.

With Each Memory Orb you pick up, a piece of a larger memory begins to form. It’s a little like a puzzle, or rather, a lot like one. In addition, the line in the floor, leading from the individual pedestal to the Orb of Remembrance in the center of the room, lights up. A colorful pattern of lights starts to build on the floor with each new Memory Orb you retrieve.

Gathering the Memory Orbs that were already in the room, was the easy part.

The Fairy Godmother issues a warning before you continue. The journey to getting the remaining orbs touches on some hard topics. If you’re not in the right frame of mind, now is not the time to tackle this.

You are led, by the Fairy Godmother, to the three empty pedestals in turn. Each one opens a portal to one of The Forgotten’s Lost Memories. To recover these memories, you need to re-live the memories as The Forgotten.

As you complete each of the quests to recover The Forgotten’s lost memories, you return to the Dreamscape and the Fairy Godmother. Each recovered memory strengthens the Orb of Remembrance, and another line starts to glow in the floor.

This miracle definitely takes time to complete, but it’s working. Soon the Orb of Remembrance is back to full strength.

With all the lost memories recovered, The Fairy Godmother leaves you to finish up one final task and departs the Dreamscape.

Nothing can be that simple though, can it? You try to complete the task but are intercepted.
