Eternity Isle holds a whole new variety of fish to catch.

It doesn’t take long before Goofy, Disney Dreamlight Valley’s Angler Extraordinaire, arrives to cast his line. You’re anxious to see what he thinks about all the strange and interesting new fish.

Goofy starts fishing at The Docks, but fishing on Eternity Isle holds a particularly difficult challenge for Goofy. The fish are not cooperating.

With a little encouragement, Goofy shares his tales of the fish that got away.

Hopefully, your luck is better. Head out to try to catch the elusive fish.

Looking for the fish that got away from Goofy? Here’s where you’ll find them.

Robot Fish

• Location: The Docks & The Overlook (Ancient’s Landing)
• Fishing Circle: Red

Prisma Shrimp

• Location: The Grove (Wild Tangle)
• Fishing Circle: Red

Dunebopper

• Location: The Oasis (Glittering Dunes)
• Fishing Circle: Blue

Entering the Overlook in Ancient’s Landing will require some Mist. Getting to The Oasis and The Grove requires both Mist and the completion of a few quests.

Here is a comprehensive list of what you need to do

Three of the areas are originally blocked. Once you have completed the quests where you retrieve the Royal Hourglass, and have gathered some Mist, you have the means to enter them all.

Approach the blocked entrance to each area and Merlin will be on hand to help you with the rest.

With the days catch in hand, you show them all to Goofy. He’s excited that you caught every single fish that was giving him trouble. And now, he’s looking forward a good meal!

While you were fishing, Goofy gathered some ingredients to use in your fish recipes. He has a whole crate of things to give you. Good deal!!

Quest Task: Gather some of the strange new fish around the Island for Goofy:

• Dunebopper – 1
• Robot Fish – 1
• Prisma Shrimp – 1

Quest Task: Bring everything you caught to Goofy.

Now you just need to figure out a good recipe for these strange new fish.

Remy is the best source for information on recipes. You head off to find him. He’s sure to have some good suggestions!

Pro Tip: When you talk to Remy, answer “I think I’ll experiment with some other Ingredients…” after he provides recipe suggestions and he’ll continue talking. When he’s done, you’ll have information for a recipe for all three fish. Be sure to write it down (or look at the pictures below).

What you decide to cook with the new fish, is totally up to you. Remy provides a few suggestions, but there may even be more to try.

With the ingredients that Goofy provided, the meal will be ready in no time.

Quest Task: Cook any meal using the Dunebopper, Robot Fish, or Prisma Shrimp.
