A Place to Relax

Pumbaa begins your second day of hakuna matata lessons. The topic is relaxation.

The first order of business is to make a good place to relax. Pumbaa suggests making a hammock. There are plenty of vines and sap in the jungle to use at your crafting station to make one. You simply need to collect the materials.

Quest Task: Talk to Pumbaa about today’s hakuna matata lesson.

Jungle Vines

The sap you need is coming out of the trees near Timon and Pumbaa’s camp.

The Jungle Vines take a little more searching. One Vine grows near the Sap Trees, one is near the river and the last is in the Oasis area. Use your Royal Shovel to dig them up. You get two (2) Jungle Vines from each of the vines you dig up.

If you haven’t already collected the partially camouflaged chest in the area, be sure to seek it out while you’re searching for the vines.

Pumbaa’s Napping Spots

Pumbaa is very impressed with your new hammock, but he much prefers his leafy napping spots. In fact, he has three different spots he frequents in various places within the jungle.

You never know when you might need a nap. It’s best to be prepared.

Go and check them all out.

Play Time

Of course, napping isn’t the only thing you can do to relax. There is also playing.

Pumbaa’s favorite play time activity is running through mud piles, but they have all dried up.

Use your Royal Watering Can to turn the spots back to mud and take a run through them with Pumbaa.

Fireflies

Hunt down Fireflies in the jungle. They are fast, but they fly the same path over and over again.

An easy way to catch them is to observe the path they take, stand in the spot they just past and wait. They will complete their circle and come right back to you. Be ready to hit the “pick up” button to capture them.
