Something’s Off

Something’s off in Disney Dreamlight Valley and Pumbaa needs your help. But it’s a bit embarrassing. Discretion is needed. Are you up to the task?

Quick Exit

Pumbaa and Timon had an odd experience in Chez Remy. They went in for a nice meal and everyone else left.

Pumbaa thought he had his “odor” issue under control, but perhaps Dreamlight Valley is different. Or worse yet, maybe everyone is mad at him! He needs your help to figure out what happened and how to fix it.

Quest Task: Ask the following Villagers why they left Chez Remy when Pumbaa entered:

  • Daisy
  • Elsa

Interesting Discoveries

Talking with Daisy, Elsa, and Remy gives you a good picture of what is wrong.

Pumbaa was right when he said something’s off. He is indeed once again having an odor issue, which isn’t as bad outside, but in an enclosed building it’s very noticeable.

There is also a slight issue with eating habits, but that is more easily fixed. So, you decide to start with the odor issue.

To Cheese or Not to Cheese

Based on Pumbaa’s food orders, it’s obvious that he loves cheese. It’s also appears that cheese does not agree with him.

Or maybe more accurately, Pumbaa’s cheese meals don’t agree with all the Villagers around him!

But to make sure, Remy suggests cooking up a few special meals for Pumbaa and testing it out.

Quest Task: Cook the following meals for Pumbaa:

  • Roasted Asparagus
  • Onion Puffs
  • Minnie’s Gingerbread Cookies

New Food Choices

Sure enough. Pumbaa system does not handle meals with cheese well at all! The odor is much worse when Pumbaa eats the Onion Puffs, and it’s not the onions that are the problem.

Remy was right on the dessert as well. Minnie’s gingerbread cookies are a big help in settling down Pumbaa’s stomach.

Plus, Pumbaa has learned that he likes meals that don’t have cheese in them. And that’s a very good thing for the whole Valley!

That’s progress!

Bath Time

Eliminating cheese from Pumbaa’s diet will help part of the odor problem, but there is still more that can be done.
