A Path of Flowers
Flowers strewn on the ground of The Grasslands in Disney Dreamlight Valley’s Eternity Isle, lead you to an Ancient Door blocked by Gray Floating Rocks. To your surprise, Rapunzel is standing next to the Ancient Door as well. The source of the pretty flowers is now clear.
It appears Rapunzel is looking for a way to open the door. Odd, what could she be looking for.

The Ancient Door
As you investigate Wild Tangle on Eternity Isle, you discover an Ancient Door leading to… someplace. To the left of the Ancient Door is a lovely waterfall, which by all appearances, you can walk behind. Cool!
A stone bridge spans the river at the base of the waterfall. Crossing it leads you to the path behind the waterfall and the Ancient Door. To your surprise, it also leads you to Rapunzel.

Lost items
Rapunzel is looking for her missing paints and suspects they may be behind the Ancient Door. Odd, as that’s where you suspect the Jewel of Time you need for your hourglass, may be as well. Might as well clear the path and see if you can open the door.
Quest Task: Use your Hourglass to remove the Gray Floating Rocks behind the Glasslands’ waterfall.

No Dice
Well, that didn’t work. Even with the Gray Floating Rocks removed, you can’t find a way to open the door. Nonetheless, you did find a strange shining object during your cleanup operation. It appears to be part of an object that fits into the door. This may be the key to getting it open.
Quest Task: Pick up the shining object that fell from the Floating Rocks.
Quest Task: Talk to Rapunzel.

Sun Core Pieces
The item you found caught in the Gray Floating Rocks appears to be part of a Sun Core. It looks like you’ll need three more pieces if you want to put it back together again.
Coincidentally, or maybe not, you are starting to see more Gray Floating Rocks showing up all around Eternity Isle. It’s worth checking all of them to see if they contain some of the missing Sun Core pieces.
Quest Task: Gather the remaining Sun Core Pieces.
- Break Gray Floating Rocks around the Isle until you find Sun Core Pieces – 3.

Pieces of the Whole
By searching for all the Gray Floating Rocks, you definitely got in all your steps for today. Those gray rocks were certainly spread across Eternity Isle.
Taking all the pieces of the Sun Core to your crafting station, you begin the repair.
Quest Task: Rebuild the Sun Core at a Crafting Station.

A Perfect Fit
Approaching the Ancient Door once again, you find Rapunzel anxiously waiting for you.
The newly repaired Sun Core fits perfectly in the recess in the door. In the blink of an eye, the Door swings open!
Quest Task: Unlock the Ancient Door behind the waterfall in the Grasslands with the Sun Core.
Quest Task: Pass beyond the Ancient Door with Rapunzel.

The Other Side of the Door
Rapunzel dashes through the door as soon as it opens. You follow close on her heels. What you find is a little surprising. It’s… well you’ll just need to start the next quest and find out.
