Everything is going very well in Dreamlight Valley. Mushu is happy to be back in the Valley with Mulan. You’ve returned to deal with the Forgetting. It’s time to celebrate!

Mushu wants to host a Guardian Party in the Vitalys Mines. Head inside and see what he has in mind.

Mushu’s excitement is catching. For such a tiny Guardian, he has big ideas for the Party.

While Mushu works on the decorations for inside the Vitalys Mines, he’s asked if you’ll give out the invitations. It’s a great opportunity to talk with the Villagers, so you are happy to agree. You’re sure everyone will want to come!

Quest Task: Deliver invitations for Mushu’s celebration to his guests.

When you return from delivering the invitations, Mushu is waiting for you with another party planning task. He wants some decorations to place outside of the Vitalys Mines.

More specifically, Mushu is looking for Modular Dragon Decorations. They will be inviting and help lead the party guests to The Guardian Party!

Head to a nearby crafting station. All the Modular Dragon crafting recipes can be found under Furniture.

If you need more hardwood, it can be found in the Glade of Trust, Forest of Valor, Frosted Heights or Sunlit Plateau. Rubies are mined in the Vitalys Mines. Gold Ingots and Bricks are crafted.

Quest Task: Gather materials for the Modular Dragon Decorations.

Quest Task: Craft two complete Modular Dragon Decorations.

• Modular Dragon Head – 2
• Modular Dragon Body – 3
• Modular Dragon Tail – 2

Pro Tip: To satisfy the quest, you need to craft 3 Modular Dragon Body parts, but only need to place 2 of them in the Valley.

Place the Modular Dragons somewhere in the Village. Mushu suggests near the Vitalys Mines to mark the entrance, but the actual placement is entirely up to you.

Quest Task: Decorate the Village with complete Modular Dragon Decorations.

Mushu has been busy inside the Vitalys Mines, while you were decorating the outside. The Party is about to begin.

Although… Mushu does suggest that you might want to change clothes for the occasion. An outfit in the party colors of Red and Gold would be very festive indeed.

Quest Task: Speak to Mushu.

Once you are dressed in whatever you choose, the party can begin.

Mushu wants you to have the honor of ringing the Gong, which will mark the start of The Guardian Party celebration!

Mushu party is a lot of fun. He even has several party activities planned to entertain the guests.

It’s going to be fun to participate in them all!

Pro Tip: Talking with Mushu about the Celebration Activities will trigger the start of 3 new quests. You will need to complete them all before this quest will continue.

Pro Tip: Be sure you have plenty of room in your Backpack Inventory to collect all the prizes you get during the Celebration Activities. If you run out of room, you’ll end up leaving some of the extra prizes behind. The extra prizes, those you can pick up even after you have what is required for the quest, will not be able to be retrieved later.

Talk to Mushu after you’ve completed all of the party activities. He’s extremely pleased with how well the Guardian Party is going and would like something to remember it by.

Talking to Mushu after the picture is taken draws the party to a close. It was a lot of fun.

I don’t know about you, but there were a few decorations that Mushu used that I’d really like to keep, but sadly, the cleanup of the Vitalys Mines is complete and the party ends.

Still, Mushu throws a great Party! Maybe next time!!
