Jafar is taking his second chance seriously. He has already analyzed the two-dimensional objects you found in Oswald’s Quest, The Lesser Evil. The objects’ dimensions have been “folded down”.

Interesting.

But better yet, Jafar is confident he knows how to fix them. Although, he’s not ready to share the full details, just yet, lest he be shoved back inside the Lamp!

Jafar hands over the list of supplies he needs to repair the two-dimensional objects. He also needs some tools that he left behind in the Cave of Wonders.

Head to EVE’s house for the Power Cables. You’ll find them when you remove the debris that has collected inside the house.

The Cave of Wonders is trickier.

• The first Lever is found in the Second Chamber, just up the stairs as you enter. It is lying on the ground to your right.
• The second Lever is in the Floor Circuit Room. It’s the room just up the right stairs near the back of the Second Chamber and through the short passageway. When you enter the Floor Circuit Room, descend the stairs and look around the stair railing to your left.
• Head back into the Second Chamber to find the Polished Mirror. This time go up the stairs on the left side of the room and through the passageway to a new side room. Head right as soon as you enter and immediately turn left when you reach the bottom of the slope. You will see the Polished Mirror lying on the ground.

Quest Task: Search in EVE’s House for:

• Power Cables – 3

Quest Task: Find Jafar’s tools in the Cave of Wonders.

• Polished Mirror – 1
• Photonic Lever – 2

With all the supplies in your Inventory, head back to Jafar.

Quest Task: Make sure you have all of Jafar’s tools:

• Polished Mirror – 1
• Photonic Lever – 2
• Power Cables – 3

Quest Task: Bring Jafar’s tools back to him.

Something more is still needed. Jafar needs you to craft a Dimensional Prism, which will require a good number of gems.

Grab your trusty Royal Pickaxe and go mining!

Head to a nearby standard crafting station once you have all the gems you need.

The crafting recipe for the Dimensional Prism is found under Functional Items in the crafting menu.

Quest Task: Craft the Dimensional Prism.

Quest Task: Meet Jafar at his Laboratory in the Palace.

While Jafar is still not revealing the full details of his plans, everything seems to be coming together.

Help setup the room for his experiment.

Quest Task: Talk to Jafar in his Laboratory.

Quest Task: Install everything for the experiment.

• Plug in the cables from the Power Coil to the door.

With the cables in place, power has been restored to the door of the Experiment Chamber, allowing it to open.

Next, position the Dimensional Prism on top of the pedestal.

Quest Task: Open the Experiment Chamber using the door Lever.

Quest Task: Place the Dimensional Prism on the Pedestal.

Place the flat objects inside the Experiment Chamber and close the door. That should do it.

Let’s see what happens!

Quest Task: Enter the Experiment Chamber and install the Geometrically Impaired Objects in the Experiment Slots.

Quest Task: Proceed with Jafar’s optics experiment:

• Close the door.

Flip the Lever to start the experiment. What a sight!

Quest Task: Proceed with Jafar’s Optics experiment:

• Activate the power lever near the Mirror.

It worked! When you open the door, the objects are no longer flat! You are very glad that you gave Jafar a second chance.

But you’re not done yet!

Quest Task: Open the door to the Experiment Chamber and gather the repaired items.

Geometrically Stabilized:

• Cactus
• Statue
• Tree

Quest Task: Show the repaired items to Jafar.

There is one final step to be taken. The items need to be put back into their proper places before the effects of Oswald’s dimensional tapering is fully stabilized.

Place each item as follows:

• Cactus: Glittering Dunes
• Statue: Ancient’s Landing
• Tree: Wild Tangle

Quest Task: Decorate with the stabilized objects in their proper Biomes:

The danger to Eternity Isle is over once again. Jafar held up his side of the bargain. It’s up to you to keep up yours. He’s earned a second chance.
