Timeless Tools

Timeless Tools for Timeless Trash! Your royal tools are working wonderfully at removing all the small debris on Disney Dreamlight Valley’s Eternity Isle. But there is still a lot of debris that the tools simply can’t handle. You need to make these Timeless Tools even stronger. The Timebending Station has just what you need!

A Stronger Hourglass

Large versions of the glass stalagmites, copper rock piles, swirling sands, and ancient rubble piles still clutter Eternity Isle. Not to mention those large Evil Looking Plants! Currently, your royal tools are no match for these monsters.

However, your Royal Hourglass is more powerful that it was when you first got it. It’s at least at a Level 1, if not more. Perhaps that’s enough to tackle the large debris. Merlin may know.

Potions for Your Tools

With the upgrade of your Hourglass to Level 1, more potion recipes showed up at your Timebending Table. These potions are just what you need to make your tools even stronger.

As before, the Royal Tool Potions made at the Timebending Station will permanently upgrade your tools, with just one application. The downside is that the resources needed to make the potions are not always easy to find. Especially the Level 1 Ancient Cores.

Pro Tip: Level 1 Ancient Cores are random finds when you search for Timeless Treasure using your Level 1, 2, or 3 Hourglass. Level 1 Ancient Cores will appear on Eternity Isle and Dreamlight Valley, in and out of the Time Rift mini game. A Level 3 Hourglass will also find Level 2 and Level 3 Ancient Cores, needed for other recipes, so it may take longer to also find the Level 1 Ancient Cores. However, I’m convinced a lot of it is simply Luck! (Which I didn’t have much of, when I only needed 2 more level 1 Cores. Patience IS a virtue, and we’ll just leave it at that!)

Stronger Tool Upgrades

There are 5 new Timeless Tool potions to make, if you want to clear all the different types of debris from Eternity Isle. The potions, once made, will automatically be applied to your Royal Tool. No need to actually ‘use’ them.

The order you make the potions is up to you. A lot will depend on your resource inventory and Mist. Each potion will use up 3000 Mist!

Quest Task: Using the Timebending Table, craft and use the following:

  • Large Swirling Sands Hourglass Potion
  • Large Copper Rocks Pickaxe Potion
  • Large Rubble Shovel Potion
  • Large Glass Stalagmite Pickaxe Upgrade
  • Large Evil Plant Watering Can Potion

Pro Tip: For information on obtaining Mist, see our guide: Gathering Mist – Eternity Isle Currency.
