Only one fish qualifies for Lovely Monsters Star Path Duty # 77, Be “en garde” while you catch this fish. It’s Dreamlight Valley’s own Swordfish!

Head to Dazzle Beach and the red fishing circles to catch your Swordfish.

To make things easier, consider using Miracle Fishing Bait or Even More Miraculous Fishing Bait. Both of these potions will turn white fishing circles red. A really good deal when you want to expedite your fishing experience.

Looking for rare fish, but just not finding a lot of red fishing circles. Try using Miracle Fishing Bait. It turns all the white fishing circles red for 10 turns.

Be aware, however. The Miracle Fishing Bait has no effect on the blue circles. Although on the plus side, fishing the blue circles, or outside a circle for that matter, doesn’t use up any of the 10 turns.

How to Make Miracle Fishing Bait.

Head to your favorite crafting station.

You’ll find the Miracle Fishing Bait Recipe under Potions & Enchantment.

Resources Required:

• Vitalys Crystals – 10 (Mine the Vitalys Cave in the Sunlit Plateau)
• Red Algae – 5 (Randomly appears when fishing)
• Dreamlight – 500 (Complete Dreamlight Duties and other Tasks in the Dreamlight Menu)

Potion Duration: Fish in 10 white circles.

Interesting Fact: You can sell the potion at Goofy’s stall for 1400 Star Coin.

Even More Miraculous Fishing Bait is a more powerful version of the Miracle Fishing Bait. It requires a lot of Dreamlight, but on the flip side, it lasts one and a half times longer.

Even More Miraculous Fishing Bait has no effect on the blue circles. Still, it’s nice to know that fishing in the blue circles, or outside a circle for that matter, doesn’t use up any potion.

How to Make Even More Miraculous Fishing Bait.

Similar to Miracle Fishing Bait, this potion is made at a crafting station.

The recipe is found under Potions & Enchantments.

Resources Required:

• Vitalys Crystals – 20 (Mine the Vitalys Cave in the Sunlit Plateau)
• Red Algae – 10 (Randomly appears when fishing)
• Dreamlight – 1000 (Complete Dreamlight Duties and other Tasks in the Dreamlight Menu)

Potion Duration: Fish in 25 white circles.

Interesting Fact: You can sell the potion at Goofy’s stall for 3500 Star Coin.

Pro Tip: The effect of the potion is cumulative. This means, if you already have potion applied to your fishing rod and “use” another Fishing Bait potion, the new potion’s 10 or 25 turns will be added to whatever is left on your fishing rod from the prior potion.
