EVE tried hard to make the Directive: Plant work, but you can see it just isn’t a good fit. She’s already bored. After guarding the Royal Hourglass for so long, she needs something a bit more exciting.

Let’s see. There is one Villager that she has a bit in common with. Both she and Stitch like it when things go Boom… Hmm, this could be interesting.

Stitch has a great idea for a project for EVE and him. They both like it when things go boom, so why not make fireworks!

Merlin “sort of” gave Stitch a recipe for experimental fireworks, even if he doesn’t know he did. Stitch is happy to share the recipe and one of the ingredients, Cactus Powder, with you and EVE.

This is going to be a great project!

EVE is very enthusiastic about the new directive of making fireworks!

Together you look over the recipe and to your surprise, it requires some Dreamlight Cobra Lily Extract! Good thing EVE made such an effort to nurse the Dreamlight Cobra Lily back to health when she had the Directive: Plant.

Hopefully the plant is well fed, so you can get some Dreamlight Cobra Lily Extract without losing any fingers!

Quest Task: Collect the Dreamlight Cobra Lily Extract from the Dreamlight Cobra Lily in EVE’s House.

With your hands still intact after collecting the Dreamlight Cobra Lily Extract, gather the remaining ingredients.

Cinnamon can be found in The Grasslands in Wild Tangle and the Electric Eel swims in the waters of The Grasslands and The Promenade, also in the Wild Tangle. Electric Eel are caught in red circles.

Head to the nearest cooking station and mix up a batch of Experimental Fireworks.

Experimental Fireworks Recipe:

• Dreamlight Cobra Lily Extract
• Cactus Powder
• Electric Eel
• Cinnamon

You also need a single piece of coal ore to stoke your cooking station.

Quest Task: Cook the Experimental Fireworks.

Quest Task: Make sure you have the Experimental Fireworks in your Inventory.

Take the fireworks to EVE.

Now you need to test them and see if the recipe works.

The Experimental Fireworks seem a little unstable, so you and EVE decide to find a safe spot in The Docks to set them off.

Are you ready? When things go Boom, there should be a very pretty light show…

Well, that wasn’t exactly what you expected. Things did go boom. And you did get fires. You just didn’t get fireworks!

Good thing your Royal Watering Can is at the ready. It won’t take too long to put out all the fires.

Quest Task: Remove the Fires – 15.

Oh well. Guess that’s why they are called “Experimental” fireworks! You need something safer, though. Perhaps Stitch has a suggestion.

Unfortunately, Stitch doesn’t know how to make the fireworks safer. Still, he’s happy to consult with Merlin. Together they are sure to be able to figure something out.

While they are working, Stitch would like some help with another matter. He lost some socks on Eternity Isle before The Forgetting and would really like them back.

No Problem. Might as well use the time waiting for Merlin and Stitch to dream up safe fireworks looking for Socks with your Royal Hourglass.

The timing works out great. You just found all of Stitch’s missing socks and Stitch is back with a modification to the fireworks recipe.

Quest Task: Make sure the Socks are in your Inventory.

Quest Task: Bring the Socks to Stitch.

It appears you need to add a couple more ingredients to the fireworks mix to make them safer.

You need two more ingredients:

• Dream Shards – found in random cracked earth spots in Dreamlight Valley and occasionally when removing Splinters of Fate on Eternity Isle.
• Red Pitcher Plants – found in The Lagoon or the Grove of Wild Tangle

After you’ve collected what you need, give everything to EVE so she can add it to the Experiment Fireworks mixture.

Quest Task: Gather materials:

• Dream Shards – 10
• Red Pitcher Plants – 5

While EVE works on the making safer Fireworks, you scout out the perfect place to hold the fireworks show for the Villagers.

Might as well add some furniture and decorations, so everyone can watch the show in style!

• Cute Rugs – 3
• Cute Chairs – 6
• Cute Decorations – 4
