Finding Garlic
Garlic is a great spice to include in many of Disney Dreamlight Valley meals. It is also popular as an item to gather in the more recent Disney Dreamlight Valley Star Paths. Although, in the Star Paths garlic is most often referred to as a Pungent Spice. Here where to find garlic in Disney Dreamlight Valley!
Where to find Garlic
It’s fairly commonly known that garlic can be found in the Forest of Valor, but there are also a few other places where you can find this smelly, yet tasty spice and here they are.
Garlic Locations:
- Forest of Valor in Dreamlight Valley
- The Lagoon on Eternity Isle
- The Grove on Eternity Isle
- The Frozen Realm (Where you initially find Anna and Elsa)

A Pungent Spice
The Majesty and Magnolias Star Path has you gathering a lot of garlic. Duty #31, Harvest a pungent wild crop from the Forest of Valor, requires 25 garlic before you can collect its’ reward. While it specifically calls out Forest of Valor, collecting garlic from any of the other locations also counts toward the Duty’s goal!

The Path to the Garlic
The purchase of A Rift in Time expansion to Disney Dreamlight Valley gives you the option of harvesting garlic on Eternity Isle. However, to get to the spots where garlic grows requires a bit of adventuring.
You need to gain access to the Wild Tangle to reach the garlic. That, in turn requires completion of a few quests, which are conveniently listed below.
- The Port of Many Worlds – Merlin Quest
- The Secrets of Eternity Isle – Jafar Quest
- The Flying Metal Nuisance – Jafar Quest
- The Sands in the Hourglass – Jafar Quest
The Wild Tangle is broken down into 4 districts (my term). When you first cross the bridge into Wild Tangle, you have immediate access to The Grasslands. The two districts containing garlic are initially blocked. It requires Mist, a good amount of Mist, to gain entry.
Mist cost to open the path to the garlic in Wild Tangle:
- The Grove (Wild Tangle) – 4000 Mist
- The Lagoon, accessed through The Grove (Wild Tangle) – 10,000 Mist
